The actual first week sales for Justin Bieber's stellar new album Purpose are in, and they're probably even more ridiculous than you imagined. Purpose will enter the Billboard 200 albums chart at No. 1 during its first week with adjusted sales of 649,000 copies. The album also crushed the one week album streams record on Spotify by earning more than 200 million spins. Nicely done, Bieber.

Other than Bieber, there were some major movements this week on the Billboard 200, with Logic's the Incredible True Story moving 135,00 units in his first week. This was good enough for the No. 3 spot on the charts, while One Direction battled with Bieber, but ended up in the No. 2 spot with 459,000 total units sold. Jeezy's Church In the Streets album also had a solid debut, coming in at the No. 4 spot with 91,000 units. Def Jam wrapped their crazy week of sales with Alessia Cara's debut album, Know-It-All selling 36,000 in the first week.
Bieber paired his best album to date with a dizzying visual for each track, culminating in the impressive cinematic experience of Purpose: The Movement. Greatest living rock star status: confirmed.
