Ja Rule is launching a busy career comeback. Ever since he was released from prison following a 28-month sentence for tax evasion, Rule has has had his hands full setting up a second-act, and it sounds like he's planning to rekindle the star power he built up alongside Ashanti in the 2000s with his latest move. Speaking with Billboard about a handful of upcoming projects including his scheduled MTV reality series and a forthcoming double album, Ja let slip that he's planning a joint world tour with Ashanti.
"Me and Ashanti are about to go on a big world tour... and we're putting together a music and film project with our whole Natural Born Killers tour and EP," he told the site. "It's kind-of like a Streets is Watching type of film. So yeah, we're doing something kind of cool and fun. It's been a long time in the making."
Ja Rule's Queen Latifah-produced reality show Follow the Rules premiers on MTV on October 26.
