The Neighbourhood is really back. Following the release of their Hype Williams-directed video for "R.I.P. 2 My Youth," the five-some returns to the Internet today to unleash their latest track "The Beach." As the latest offering from the band's forthcoming WIPEOUT! album, "The Beach" dives deeper into the band's California consciousness, submerging us in a monochromatic tide of inky synths and bleached beats until the desolation is palpable. It all makes for another mood-soaked pill that goes down easy on the ears.

Listen to "The Beach" above and look for it on WIPED OUT! due for release on Oct. 30. Pre-order the album on iTunes and you'll receive "The Beach" instantly starting tomorrow. You can also catch the Neighbourhood on tour now across the U.S. with Bad Suns and Hunny—dates and tickets can be found here.
