Brooklyn-based newcomer Julius drops his debut single "Dope Francis" today featuring Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune... but his come-up isn't what you may expect once you hear the song. "I wrote this song as one long double entendre about a girl who welcomes you into her life, just like the Pope welcomes people into the church," Julius told Complex over email.
