The 57th Annual Grammy Awards went down tonight live at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and it was everything we all thought it would be—from the ambitious performances to the head-scratching choices for winners. Following last year’s big show, where Macklemore and Ryan Lewis dominated the living hell out of the Rap categories, everyone looked to see if history would repeat itself. Don’t worry, “real rap fans.” It didn’t.
Among all the musical acts who walked the red carpet, presented, performed, and took home awards, the moment that out-shined it all was Kanye West pretending to interrupt Album of the Year Award winner Beck.
