Talib Kweli is making moves (again). In 2012, he launched Javotti Media with the intention of developing and promoting independent young artists. Today, Javotti Media has dropped a 15-track mixtape featuring the label's own artists, as well as Kweli and a few more established rap stars. In addition to Javotti artists Corymo, Niko IS, and RES, The Cathedraalso nabs Curren$y, Big K.R.I.T., and Kendra Ross for the stand-out track "Everywhere I Go."

Over an eclectic range of sounds—a melodic sample comes together with hints of trap drums to give the song an attractive rising and falling action—Kweli, K.R.I.T. and Curren$y sound familiar and effervescent. Listen to the end for Brooklyn singer Kendra Ross to give "Everywhere I Go" a wonderfully de-toxing outro. It's soulful, baby.
