Ever since they broke through earlier this year with their single, "Doses and Mimosas," electro-pop duo Cherub has been busy. They just released their debut album, Year of the Caprese , in May, and they've been touring relentlessly throughout the summer. You may have even caught them on one of their many festival dates, as they made stops at SXSW, Firefly, and Bonnaroo.

We met up with the band on a rooftop in Brooklyn to hear them dabble in a new and rare setting: acoustic performances of some of their biggest hits. In between songs, the duo of Jordan Kelley and Jason Huber talked about their past experiences playing acoustic shows to tiny crowds. "It was so crazy, man," Kelley said. "I literally high-fived everyone in the middle of a song." They also talked about how they feel they can incorporate the slimmed-down tracks into their normal material.

Peep the video above to see them play "Where We Should Be," off of their 2013 100 Bottles EP, with just a couple of guitars and the sound of a helicopter hovering overhead.
