Complex Individuals on Complex TV explores all of the random questions you never thought to ask your favorite artists, from the first album they ever bought to their favorite cuss words and go-to restaurants.

Young Dro is finding his second wind. The Bankhead, Atlanta native released his successful debut album Best Thang Smokin' in 2006, before heading back to a grassroots campaign with his music by dropping a number of solo mixtapes. In 2013, Dro released his follow-up album, High Times, which capitalized on his street appeal, highlighted by the catchy anthem "F.D.B."

Young Dro has experienced a lot through his travels; some moments more easier to recollect than others. Luckily for us, the veteran rapper who promises to only smoke that "Strong" was able to go down memory lane on this latest episode of Complex Individuals.

Coming up in the streets, Dro used to find himself in some pretty sticky situations, none more memorable than what he considers his greatest risk in life. "I've seen pistols. I've stood in front of them," he says, before talking about the time he challenged another man to shoot him at point-blank range. "I thought about it later, I was like [sighs], woo." He probably won't be trying that again any time soon.

Young Dro also shares a lighter side to his life, including what he describes as his most embarrassing moment. "I was trying to get in my baby momma's house. She had a boy in there," Dro says. "I got caught by the cops going in the window like I was a burglar. So they charged me with prowling." Watch the full clip above, where Dro recounts his amusing day in court that ended in his favor.

Young Dro's new album High Times is out now. If you enjoyed this episode, check out Kevin Gates' latest appearance on Complex Individuals below.
