On April 1, Jesse Medina will be releasing his new project Meet Jesse Medina. The Bay Area rapper describes it as a culmination of his efforts working alongside artists like Jake One and Nottz, as well as the direction he's taking in music. "I got to work with people I really respect,” he says of Meet Jesse Medina. “This project is about real down to earth, quality hip-hop and as cliched as it may sound, I think there is something on it that suits all tastes and there is plenty more where that came from."

To give a taste of what's to come, Jesse Medina releases his new record "Riddims 2.0," which is a colorful collaboration with Ab-Soul, Sir Michael Rocks, and Anya Kvitka. The title of the record plays off his past song "Riddims" alongside Ab-Soul. Produced by Architect, this upgraded version delivers pressing rhymes from Medina, Soul, and Rocks, with Anya's cryptic vocals bringing the intensity of this record full circle.
