Ne-Yo had a relatively quiet 2013. However, it looks like 2014 will be much different for the singer, who chose the occasion of Valentines Day to release a quick EP. Titled 3 Simple Rules, the project has three songs and an outro, each song composed by a different producer. The singer looks to follow up this EP with his sixth studio album some time in 2014.
