No Malice has told The Fader that Clipse are not working on a new album at the moment. “It’s not going down," he said. "I don’t know where the rumor stems from. And I don’t know how this keeps coming back up—this isn’t the first time. But I would never play with the fans like that and act like something’s about to happen and it’s not.”
Rumors began after Pusha T's Facebook page shared a report that suggested that Pusha's return to the studio with Pharrell and Chad Hugo was a sign that a new Clipse album was in the works. Instead, it appears that Pusha is working on a new solo album, and No Malice is continuing his solo career. “At this point in time, my brother and I attack music from two different perspectives. We can pull off anything together and crush it, but right now I’m just somewhere else and he’s doing his thing," No Malice said.
