will.i.am has been on an electro house binge as of late so it's nice to hear him take a more urban tone with his latest single "Feeling Myself." The record is produced by DJ Mustard, who initially called out will.i.am on Twitter for potentially jacking his beat. All seems well now though as will.i.am finally acknowledged that Mustard did indeed make the beat. Twitter: solving problems
While the song revels in the Bay Area style that Mustard is known for, the video directed by Michael Jurkovac and Pasha Shapiro continues a vibrant space age theme from will, because that's what's hot in the streets these days. Featured guests French Montana, Miley Cyrus, and Wiz Khalifa do what they do best. For French, that's stacking paper. For Miley, twerking is her forte. Wiz finishes up by sharing his love for Mary Jane. Good to know everyone's strong points are accentuated here.
