As he continues to pull out all the stops (in addition to, of course, covering Complex) in promoting his blockbuster album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, this week, Eminem stopped by BET's "106 and Park" today for a special episode. In a callback to the halcyon days of the channel's classic program "Rap City," the show aired a special episode called "Rap City Presents: Em 360," guest hosted by "Rap City: Tha Basement" host Big Tigger.

In a lengthy interview, Eminem talked about making his album, working with Kendrick Lamar and evolving over the course of his career. He also brought his pals and signees Slaughterhouse on air to discuss some of the group's plans and, perhaps most importantly, tear down the backroom with a no-holds-barred nine-minute freestyle over a beat from Illmind. This is pretty much nirvana for any fan of lyrical pyrotechnics.
