Slim Thug releases a new soulful anthem for the slab with "Coming Down (Every Town)."

The record is produced by Mr. Lee, who uses a soothing sample of Anita Baker's "Angel" to serenade the streets. Joining Thug are Kirko Bangz, Big K.R.I.T. and Z-Ro, and from there the song quickly becomes a Southern cookout with each rapper relishing in the fruits of their labor.

It should be noted that K.R.I.T. stands out here for two reasons. For one, he's the only rapper on the track not from Texas, though love from the Lone Star State is always evident when he visits. The other reason is that he outshines his Southern contemporaries here with his charismatic demeanor and cocky rhymes. Krizzle may be live from the underground, but he knows when to turn on and turn up for the masses.

"Coming Down (Every Town)" serves as Slim Thug's first single from his upcoming album Boss Life.
