L.E.P. Bogus Boys are often labeled as gangster rappers. However, there are times when they present a message from the frontlines of street life that sets them apart from the rest. Off the DJ Green Lantern-hosted Now Or Neva, “Faces” gives us a lesson on why youths blindly enter the life of crime and violence. Count and Moonie keep the Corey Davis-directed visual pretty minimal, just them on the block advising young hustlers to get on the right path.
