This is not the way to get a five-star rating.

Uber has suspended a driver who was accused by a passenger of receiving oral sex while driving.

Passenger Aner Manuel first shared footage on Facebook last week alleging to show the incident in question. According to Manuel, he was surprised to find another passenger "in the front seat" when his Uber arrived. "I double checked to make sure I didn't select UberPool, and then approached the car," Manuel wrote on Facebook. "I assumed it may have been a family member of some sort." The other person, presumably, was not a family member.

"They began to kiss and she began loosening his belt," Manuel said. "As we got further and further from my pickup location I had no idea where I was, so I had to stay in the car. She then proceeded to perform oral sex. This was my last straw." Manuel asked to be dropped off. After contacting Uber, Manuel said, he was refunded for the ride and given a $10 credit for future rides.

In a subsequent interview with Esquire's Luke O'Neil, Manuel—who was visiting Chicago from Boston at the time—shared a few more details regarding his unforgettable ride. The woman in the front seat, Manuel claimed, appeared to be intoxicated. Manuel said that his first contact with Uber about the alleged oral activities resulted in only that aforementioned $10 credit, followed by four days of silence.

"They were ignoring me," he said. "I did it [shared the footage] to give it a little push." Manuel also shared his ride receipt, which shows that his trip lasted eight minutes and ended at 2:51 a.m.

Uber toldGizmodo Monday that the incident, which Manuel says happened July 16, was currently under investigation. "As soon as this situation was reported to us, we immediately removed this driver's access," a spokesperson said. As stated in Uber's driving guide, both friends and family members of drivers are not allowed to come along for a ride while the driver is on a paid trip. This rule, Uber states, is to ensure the "safety and comfort" of riders.

An Uber spokesperson confirmed to Complex Tuesday that the rider had alerted them of the situation through their in-app support team, at which point they provided a refund and immediately removed the driver's access to the app.
