Tomi Lahren got roasted by Alaska Airlines after they called her the wrong name, and hundreds of social media users celebrated the move, including Wale.

Tomi Lahren is not who you would call the internet's favorite person. Twitter has been happy to call her out on her hypocrisy in the past, and the day she was let go from her job at The Blaze turned into a de facto holiday on social media.

Case in point—Lahren was just sort of minding her own business on Twitter and calling out an airline like the rest of us, when disaster struck for the conservative pundit. Alaska Airlines responded to her frustration by calling her by the name "Tami," then offering assistance for her troubles.

Most dysfunctional airline award goes to @AlaskaAir 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Hi Tami, sorry for any troubles. Can you DM some details on where you experience went south? -Ryan https://t.co/t4ooDR29zz

Calling Lahren by a name other than Tomi has been one the best running jokes of 2017, with rapper Wale leading the charge on that front. Whether or not the name switch from Alaska Airlines was intentional—it's really just a one letter difference—Twitter seized on the diss, laughing hysterically at a corporate account joining the alternative name game, Wale included.

Anyone want to go to Alaska & take me just so that we can give this fine establishment some business? https://t.co/kiCmQeCe00
The social media manager for Alaska Air is a @wale fan. https://t.co/0q2P39GICM
Omg. You win the internet today. I'll fly Alaskan airlines from now when possible just for that typo. 😂😂😂
Her name is Tori, Alaska Airlines social media people. Pay attention!
Ryan deserves a promotion.

Alaska Airlines would do some damage control later on, with another representative for the company claiming it was a simple typo on their behalf. No one wanted to believe this version of the story, and they told the new social media manager they wanted the old guy back.

We really didn't mean to it really was a typo.

Shut up Andre...GIVE US RYAN!

Hey, typos can happen to the best of us, but the letters "a" and "o" are nowhere near each other on keyboards. This is what Alaska Airlines has to say in order to preserve a neutral image, even if it wasn't actually a typo.

Regardless of whether the Lahren slander was a product of a mistake or genuine malice, expect the former Blaze star to continue getting roasted any time she speaks up. Her divisive style has guaranteed a loud resistance to everything she says and does, and sometimes, that might mean getting roasted by an airline.
