I'm not sure what's crazier: people wanting to slackline 2,500 feet in the air or people wanting to slackline at all. I just don't get it, and for a second there in this guy's video of a successful slackline at the Upper Falls in Yosemite Park, it looked like this guy almost got got. It's terrifying, but you can't take your eyes off of it... although you probably should.
For the most part, this four-minute clip is an exercise in something I'd NEVER do in life, but this clip right here, at around the 1:43 mark? Nah, fam. Nah.
No idea why he didn't just sit there and wait for someone to come retrieve him. That said, dude is brave af and accomplished his goal of making it across.
So yay, he made it, but I think I'm good on going slacklining, thinking about slacklining, watching videos about slacklining, or anything that involves walking across anything that high in the air. I just can't. Call it what you want. But nah.
