Woman Hits 2 Cars With Vehicle Near U.S.-Mexico Border, Tries to Flee

A Tijuana woman hit two cars with her own vehicle at the U.S.-Mexico border, then tried to speed off.

A Tijuana, Mexico woman hit two cars while driving in the city this week, and her first instinct was to run. The woman, later identified by local police as Araceli Pinon, is seen on camera attempting to flee the scene when the crash victims get out of their cars to complain. To stop her, one of the victims climbs onto the hood of her car--and the woman just keeps driving for several yards, swerving through traffic in an apparent attempt to fling the man off of her car.

"What's your problem?" the man can be heard asking in Spanish after Pinon stops her car. "Let's call the police. She hit my car and then ran away."

The Daily Mail reported that the man was identified only as "Ivan" and that he filed a police report. Officials are still investigating the incident.
