Dani Mathers, the Playboy Playmate who came under fire for Snapchatting a photo of an unsuspecting elderly woman in the shower at a gym only to body shame her, is allegedly being investigated by police.

LAPD says they’re looking into the photo incident that went viral but didn’t say what the possible charge may be, The Wrapreported. The 29-year-old posted the pic of the woman cleansing herself in the locker room at an L.A. Fitness with the caption, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

Backlash from social media prompted a half-apology on Snapchat. “I just wanted to acknowledge the photo I accidentally posted on Snapchat here earlier today, but I wanted you to know that was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do,” she said in the video, perInternational Business Times. "I have chosen to do what I do for a living because I love the female body and I know that body shaming is wrong and that’s not what I’m about and that’s not the type of person that I am."

The 2015 Playmate of the Year continued: "That photo was taken to be part of a personal conversation with a girlfriend and because I am new to Snapchat I didn’t realize I had posted it and that was a huge mistake. I know that I’ve upset a lot of people out there. But please, please believe me when I this is not the type of person I am. I’ve never done this before. I will never do this again. You have my word."

According to TMZ, she is banned from all L.A. Fitness gyms. A spokesperson told them she "is not permitted back at any club, ever." Mathers was also reportedly suspended indefinitely from the radio show Heidi and Frank which airs on L.A.'s KLOS.

She has since deleted her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
