She didn't quite get away with the ploy, though. Surveillance cameras captured the robbery, which took place last Saturday, and the store's owner Jim Winters filed a police report, he told Complex. A Chattanooga police department representative told Complex that he wasn't currently aware of a report. However, Winters asserted that police identified the woman and added that she's been arrested 12 times before. Just recently, in fact, a woman believed to be her was spotted stuffing clothes under her dress, according to Winters.

Winters says that after he printed out a picture of the woman and put it up in his store one of her relative's, who just happened to be shopping there, approached him. "That's my cousin... she does that all the time," he said, according to Winters. Apparently, Chattanooga's got a serial up-the-dress thief on its hands. The man told Winters that her cousin has "some contraption she wears around her hips" to help her pull off the robberies.

Even though Winters was robbed, he still gave the woman credit where credit was due. "I couldn't figure out how she kept them between her legs," he said. "That's why I called her the original thigh master queen." He said he marveled at the way she was able to balance the beer while making her purchase and walking to her car.

Well, "purchase" may be the wrong word—she actually took 70 cents from the counter to pay for gas. "We had the change in the drawer for people short a penny or a nickel, but she took all the change there," he said.

Whatever this woman's name is, can we please name a beer after her? That way, she can at least have a free lifetime supply.
