From the country that brought you black burger buns, chocolate covered french fries and mashed potatoes on top of a burger, comes another game changer that just might kill you. Japanese McDonalds chains are beefing up their menus with a super-sized Big Mac that contains nearly three times a much meat as the original.

According to Grub Street, the popular chain is introducing the Giga Big Mac which takes the original sandwich, adds two more patties and increases the diameter. It’s so big that the company says you’ll feel “a satisfied sense of accomplishment” for finishing the entire thing. Are we sure they don’t mean heartburn and clogged arteries?

And if you’re feeling extra healthy, you can upgrade your experience with a combo package that includes drinks that are twice as large and 1.7 times as many fries. Did we mention the clogged arteries?

For those who might be intimidated by the size, the chain is offering a smaller alternative called the Grand Big Mac. With just 30% more meat than the original, the burger is a much healthier option. Prepare those stretch pants. These oversized sandwiches are hitting Japanese restaurants next week.
